Jonty Rhodes speaks high of stylish Kohli

MUMBAI: Former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes said Tuesday that stylish young Indian middle-order batsman Virat Kohli has the basic ingredients to become future Sachin Tendulkar.

Talking to local media here Tuesday, Jonty Rhodes, renowned for his acrobatic fielding style, said that he feels Kohli has the ability to match the extraordinary feats of iconic batsman Sachin Tendulkar.

“Kohli is only 22 but he has already shown his potential with the bat. He has shown that he can be a superstar,” Rhodes told reporters on the sidelines of an event.
