Pakistan to face Nepal in International Handball Federation Challenge Trophy

DHAKA: International Handball Federation Challenge Trophy starts today at Suhrawardy National Indoor Stadium in Mirpur, Bangladesh where total six teams are participating.

State Minister for Youth and Sports M Ahad Ali Sarkar will inaugurate the five-day event organized by Bangladesh Handball Federation with the financial assistance from International Handball Federation (IHF).

Six teams are divided in two groups where Pakistan placed in Group A with Nepal and India. Yaman, Afghanistan and Bangladesh are in Group B. Two top teams of each group will qualify for the semi final.

17 members Pakistani Handball squad are participating in the event.
