Navy defeat Army in Inter-Services Volleyball

PESHAWAR: In a great display of volleyball skills, Pakistan Navy defeated a strong outfit of Pakistan Army by three sets to two in the thrilling league round match of the Inter-Services Volleyball Championship at PAF Gymnasium here Thursday.

It was Army’s third defeat in the tournament, two against Navy and the other one against Pakistan Air Force.

The loss has left Pakistan Army with no option to handsomely beat PAF in the last league match to book berth in the final match.

On the other hand, PAF are only needed a set in the said match to keep their runners-up hopes alive.
