Pakistan beat Japan in 2nd round of Asiad Kabaddi

GUANGZHOU: Pakistan recorded their second consecutive win in the Kabaddi event of the 16th Asian Games as they beat Japan by 28-11 second round of Group B here on Tuesday.

Pakistan is now leading the Group B table with four points in two matches. Yesterday, Pakistan beat Malaysia in their first match by 51-27.
Pakistan will now face Bangladesh in their round three match tomorrow.
In other matches, India beat Iran by 40-24 in group A match while Bangladesh defeated Malaysia in their group B match by 48-38.
The last-four line-up will be completed tomorrow while semi-finals will be played on Thursday November 25.
